Well, online petitions never work, and I believe what I believe. No, I am not saying I am not a Christian, because I am...
Well then, if you know more than anyone, you should know how to contact them and complain, right?
And the whole Iblis Trigger, Hellish levels, demons don't bother me as much as the fact that the games are getting worse, and, if we allow this to continue, the games could soon have major cussing, violence, and maybe even some inappropriate material. (rouge naked, etc, etc) It COULD well happen... ugh...And I am sig number 183.
And, anyway, I still think that Sonic just screws up at some point in the future. Sonic is not evolving into the anti-Christ but he messes up IN THE STORYLINE--I DO NOT THINK THAT HE IS GOING TO BE THE ANTI CHRIST IN THE GAMES. He just messes up later, and Silver is trying to stop it. Wikipedia says:

Iblis is name of a devil in Islam.
The name Iblis has been used a number of times in science fiction and fantasy:-
Garm Bel Iblis was a founder of the Rebel Alliance in Star Wars.
Count Iblis was an exiled alien who was rescued by the Battlestar Galactica and stirred trouble among its crew until he was ejected from the ship: see this link.
Iblis was also a jinn that 'the Hero' battled in Sierra's Quest for Glory 2
Iblis Ginjo is a character in Brian Herbert & Kevin J. Aderson’s DUNE series. He is a devious political puppeteer that capitalizes on Serena Butler’s cause for the Butlerian Jihad. He manipulates events so that things will go in favor of him, gaining power and influence. He is also the founder of the “Jihad Police” (JIPOL).
In Sonic the Hedgehog (2006 game) Sonic the Hedgehog is referred to as "The Iblis Trigger".
Iblis is the singer of german Black Metal band Endstille.
Iblis is also a planet from the Fading Suns RPG system
As for Anti-Christ:
The English word Antichrist is taken from the Greek αντίχριστος antíkhristos, which literally means "instead of Christ".
In these contexts, "Antichrist" seems to describe any false teacher, false prophet or corrupter of the Christian faith, but sometimes also seems to indicate a specific person or single spirit of deception that motivates false teaching and whose presence is a sign of the end times. However, in popular understanding, many Christians identify this particular Antichrist with the "man of sin" or "son of perdition" mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, and with several figures in the Book of Revelation including the Dragon, the Beast, the False Prophet, and the sleeper of Babylon. The Antichrist is variously understood to be a group or organization, such as a consummately evil system of government or a false religion, or more commonly as an individual, such as an evil government leader, a religious leader who sets up false worship in place of the worship of Christ, the incarnation of Satan, a son of Satan, or a human being under the dominion of Satan.
That actually supports both our theories, but there is nothing in there that says that Iblis means Son of Satan, Anti-Christ, etc.
And what about the Trigger part? I think that Sonic TRIGGERS the Iblis, or that devil thing. I tink SOnic might trigger (whether accidental or on purpose) the awakening of Iblis. Hence, Sonic is not the Iblis itself, simply it's TRIGGER, as the game says.
And IGN supports that theory:
In the new pics that IGN put up, one shows Silver throwing rocks at the giant lava demon we think is Iblis. But they appear to still be in Crisis City. Plus, why would SEGA show pictures of a final boss before release, as they never have before. This leads me to the question, "What if what we thought was Iblis, is just a low level boss?" If I'm correct about this, Iblis may be more powerful than we have previously imagined.
Slowly, the pieces are falling into place....
A reply to that says:
I was thinking too... What if Silver IS the Iblis? Why? I taught that Silver isn't still in full control of his energy. He has so much power that he can destroy the world, he just did not find it out yet. So why would he come back from the future to stop himself? Simple... he is a young, a bit unmature dude... someone else should be in his place, but when that someone tryed to go back in time Silver jumped in saying "I can doo this too" so he went back in time. Sonic is the Iblis trigger, b/c when Silver tryes to stop him, he beats him, but this awakenes the power in Silver wich is going to everwhealm him, he looses control and becomes the Iblis.
Other stuff:
iblis is the islam devil a being made from smokeless fire.
This supposed Iblis, and Chaos, are brothers.
Chaos = Water.
"Iblis" = Fire.
Elements FTW.
Meh, I don't think so...
Oh, I just realised, plus, it's the secret of the flames of disaster! Iblis is a demon made of fire! That must be what's going on! And I think the Emeralds might power Iblis, I dunno, but, anyway, as I said, Sonic is NOT THE IBLIS. Maybe Sonic tries to stop Eggman, or Silver has Sonic confused with Eggman, and Sonic can't stop it, so it destroys the world or something?(not destroy the WHOLE world, but, basically killing people...)
Oh, and here is some of Shadow's storyline plot.
"Shadow had been asked to rescue Rouge by the federal government. He encountered a mysterious enemy "Mephiless" on the way of approaching into the laboratory. In the battle againt Mephiless, he was flushed into the future, there was...."
And more:
Things are finally starting to make a little more sense. Remember Silver talking about that Iblis trigger thingy, and how it would bring on the end of the world. Well voila, Shadow travels to the future, and notice that every screenshot with him in it (with the exception of the church in Kingdom Valley, which Sonic also visits) seems to be in a dystopian future setting.
A church, eh? Yipes...
My theory spoken and proven, topic closed.
I don't mean that, and I don't want it to close, I just like saying that.
BTW, a topic for this I put on TSS lasted the better of 20 minutes.
